Celebrate Father’s Day at Côte Brassiere

Father’s Day is nearly upon us and to celebrate we’re exploring the delicious range of steaks on offer here at Côte.

We serve a selection of tender, flavoursome cuts, all cooked to your liking, making our menu the go-to choice for Father’s Day. So, if you’re taking the special man in your life out and want to know which steak to order, our guide to our 30-day-aged grain-fed cattle will help you choose the perfect steak for your tastes.

Rib-eye Steak

An old classic, the rib-eye is cut from the upper rib section of a cow. Our boneless steak is juicy and full of rich flavour, thanks to the delicate pockets of fat running throughout. Best enjoyed medium rare to medium.

Sirloin Steak

One of our most popular steaks – thanks to the juicy flavour from its permeating marbled fat – the sirloin is a tender cut from the rear of the cow. At a hearty 10oz, this makes for a satisfying meal.

Fillet Steak

As one of the most lean and tender steak choices, the fillet is another firm favourite. This cut has very little fat, so is best cooked rare. It’s perfectly matched with a tasty sauce that’s guaranteed to pack a punch. Our 7oz fillet is the perfect size for lunch.

Rump of Lamb

If you’ve got your eye on a steak but want to indulge in something a little different, our June Specials menu welcomes a flavoursome lamb rump; served with a potato, fennel and olive oil purée, roasted fennel and a black olive and garlic jus, this tender cut is full of flavour and ideal for Father’s Day.

Pair Your Steak with a Sauce

We have an extensive range of mouth-watering sauces to complement your steak. You’ll be spoilt for choice between the delicious béarnaise, the Roquefort butter or a rich and creamy peppercorn sauce to complete your meal. And if you’re a garlic fan, our sumptuous twist on the classic with Normandy butter, garlic, lemon and parsley will be sure to tantalise your taste buds.
